Vanuit het gezichtspunt van de archiefvormer is het verwijderen nadat de bewaartermijn is verstreken.

Selectie en vernietiging van de informatie volgens de selectielijst die is vastgesteld in de waarderingsfase.
Tevens overbrenging naar de archiefbewaarplaats.
